History of PS-Schulze



1976


The company was founded in 1976 by Harry Schulze known under the name T.S.C. "Touren und Sportwagenzentrum" Alfa Romeo authorized repair shop in Hünfeld.


1977


Trading contract was abolished.


1978


Establishment of "PS-Schulze Engine Construction and Tuning".


1980


Removal into larger operating premises in Hünfeld.
The cylinder grindery for maintenance and reconditioning of engines of all types is also established.


1985


Development of a new and modern manufacturing hall in Hünfeld.


1986


Establishment of the autohouse and take-over of the Alfa Romeo agency in the area of Fulda/Hünfeld.


1992


Change of corporate form into "GmbH".


1996


Disestablishment from Alfa Romeo as official authorized dealer. The company continues as tuning- and garage section "PS Tuning Harry Schulze GmbH".


1999


Mr. Reneé Schulze, son of the senior president, is nominated for the 2. president. He adopts the management of the garage section and purchasing department.





1972 - 1982


1972 til 1982 Harry Schulze successfully took part in car races with different kinds of Alfa Romeo cars.
At the beginning he started driving the Giulia Super at numerous mountain roads and circuits. He even won several long-haul races with the legendary Alfa 1300 GTA in Europe and at the "Nürnburgring".


1977


Victory of the "Alfa Romeo Sport Pokal".


1979


Runner-up of the "Deutschen Alfa Sud Pokal"


1980


Runner-up of the "Deutschen Alfa Sud Pokal".


1981


Best German at the international "Alfa Sud Sprint Pokal"
